Table Mountain offers views of the In-Ko-Pah Mountains and Jacumba Mountain. Table Mountain provides numerous opportunities for recreation. The Table Mountain area has been designated an Area of Critical Environmental Concern (ACEC).

Camping within the Areas of Critical Environmental Concern (ACEC) is permitted within 100 feet of designated routes. Areas outside of the ACEC’s are 300 feet.

Park your vehicle or set up camp in previously disturbed sites.

Pets are allowed and must be under your control at all times.

Equestrian

Equestrian

Horseback riding is permitted throughout the area. Bring all needed supplies including water.

Hiking is permitted throughout the area.

Hunting

Hunting

Hunting, fishing, and non-commercial trapping are allowed under state and local laws.
No Target Shooting.

Street legal vehicles are permitted on designated trails.

Trail Finder Detail

The GPS map progressively increases detail as you zoom in to prevent information overload.

Trail Finder maps are a subset of the GPS map. Trail Finder maps of large regions do not include the lowest zoom levels. In most cases, the GPS map has two more layers of detail than the Trail Finder maps.
