20 miles of paved walks on the ocean and bay.

Horses are permitted on Fiesta Island! The island is undeveloped aside from the asphalt road that circumvents it. Vehicles are allowed to park on the beach at Fiesta Island which makes it a perfect location for RV day camping.

Pets

Dogs are permitted on a leash in designated areas. Restrictions during peak season often apply. There is a large leash free area on the south west beach of Fiesta Island.

Equestrian

Horseback riding is permitted on Fiesta Island. The west side shore line is used as a staging area.

Fiesta Island is often used as an evacuation center for horses during emergencies such as fires.

Fishing

Fishing

Fishing is permitted in all areas of Mission Bay, except in areas designated for swimming, water skiing and personal water craft use (including take off and landing zones). Fishing is also not allowed from any bridge.

Hiking

"Walking" is permitted throughout the park.

It isn't mountain biking but there are miles of paved walks that are free of motor vehicle traffic.

Trail Finder maps are a subset of the GPS map. Trail Finder maps of large regions do not include the lowest zoom levels. In most cases, the GPS map has two more layers of detail than the Trail Finder maps.
