Hunting dogs may be trained in designated areas from September 1 through February.

Hunting of small upland game, resident game, coyote and american crow is permitted in designated areas from September 1 to January 31.
Shotgun, archery and falconry only within designated hunting areas.
No rifles, revolvers, or pistols may be used or possessed.
Contact the CA Department of Fish and Wildlife prior to hunting.

Regulations & Recommendations

No rifles, revolvers, or pistols may be used or possessed.
Open for use 30 minutes before sunrise to 30 minutes after sunset.
No fires or fireworks.
No camping.
Do not disturb wildlife.
Do not feed the wildlife.
Be cautious of hunting and dog training (shotguns) that are performed near the south east corner during certain times of the year.

Trail Finder maps are a subset of the GPS map. Trail Finder maps of large regions do not include the lowest zoom levels. In most cases, the GPS map has two more layers of detail than the Trail Finder maps.
